I developed and directed the implementation of behavior based safety programs to raise employee awareness of risks and to reduce safety hazards in the workplace. I managed all environmental programs and hazardous waste streams by developing hazardous waste tracking logs and procedures. I conducted ergonomic assessments for plant operations to identify ergonomic risk factors and strategies for reducing risk; I collaborated with production managers on the implementation of job rotation(s) and ergo assist tools.
